Pharmavite opens $250M vitamin manufacturing facility in Ohio

The company’s newest site in New Albany features expanded production capabilities and a dedicated innovation center for gummy vitamins. 

Pharmavite, a nutrition-powered wellness company, has opened a new manufacturing and research and development facility in New Albany, Ohio. The company, which produces vitamins and supplements under brands like Nature Made, invested $250 million into the project and created 225 new jobs. 

The 225,000-square-foot facility marks Pharmavite’s first in the region and includes space for future expansion. It is already producing products ready for sale and is equipped to meet rising demand for vitamin gummies, which have nearly doubled in popularity since 2019. The site also features Pharmavite’s Gummies Innovation Center of Excellence, which supports product research and development.
