BWF Envirotec invests $9M to build filtration manufacturing facility in Indiana
BWF Envirotec has announced plans to build a new North American headquarters and manufacturing facility in Greendale, Indiana. The company, which provides all-in-one solutions for industrial filtration, is investing approximately $9 million in the project and creating 60 new jobs.
The facility will span 65,000 square feet on Minger Drive and is expected to be completed by February 2027. It will serve as the company’s hub for production and operations across North America. BWF Envirotec selected Greendale for its strategic location and growth potential.
To support the project, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation has committed up to $300,000 in performance-based tax credits, which the company can claim once local hiring and investment benchmarks are met. Additionally, the Greendale Redevelopment Commission has partnered with BWF Envirotec to solidify project commitments.
