This acquisition enhances EGL's offerings with Advanced's expertise, exclusive Maxitherm boiler technology, and strong recurring service revenue, with completion expected on April 5, 2025.

Acquisition: De Havilland Aircraft of Canada (DHC) has acquired Fleet Canada Inc., a supplier of parts and aerostructures, enhancing DHC's capabilities in metal-to-metal bonding and advanced composites. The acquisition supports DHC's growth by expanding production capacity and enabling the company to meet increasing demand for its aircraft programs. In a recent quote, Brian Chafe, CEO of De Havilland Canada, said, "By adding the capacity and capabilities of Fleet Canada, De Havilland Aircraft of Canada will be better able to meet the needs of our customers. Acquisition: Integrated Power Services (IPS) has acquired Tram Electric, Inc., a leading supplier of electro-mechanical products and services in the western U.S., effective April 1, 2025. This acquisition expands IPS’s electromechanical and power management service network, enhancing its ability to deliver comprehensive solutions to industrial, commercial, and mining customers. In a recent quote, Al Barlow, Senior VP & Regional General Manager of the IPS Electromechanical Division, said, “With the acquisition of Tram Electric, IPS has added to its electromechanical and power management service network – the largest in the western United States.
