Partnership: Eaton announced a collaboration with Xendee Corporation to deliver integrated microgrid solutions that combine Eaton’s power distribution technologies with Xendee’s AI-powered modeling and operations platform. The partnership aims to help customers design, deploy, and operate resilient, cost-effective microgrids and distributed energy resources, while also accelerating the adoption of AI in energy management. In a recent quote, Angie McMillin, president of Energy Solutions and Services at Eaton, said, “Together with Xendee, we’re unlocking new ways to help customers maximize the functionality and value of their microgrid investments across North America and Europe. Acquisition: Integrated Power Services (IPS) has acquired CFM Services, a NETA-certified field service power company based in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, to strengthen its portfolio in Canada. CFM serves customers across the province with solutions for high- and medium-voltage systems, transformer refurbishment, and electrical services in industries including hydropower, government, utilities, and education. In a recent quote, Shannon Moses, Executive Vice President & General Manager, IPS Power Management Division, said, “CFM is a dynamic NETA-certified field service power company in Québec, delivering comprehensive solutions, with a focus on high and medium voltage systems and reconditioning and refurbishment of transformers.”

Relocation: JR Automation will establish its new global headquarters in Zeeland, Michigan, with a $72.8 million investment that is expected to create 150 new jobs and consolidate three existing Michigan sites. The new facility will include both office and manufacturing space, support nearly 1,000 current Michigan employees, and feature sustainability measures such as solar panels and renewable energy use. In a recent quote, Kevin Klynstra, Mayor of Zeeland, said, “We are very proud to welcome JR Automation to the city of Zeeland. To have them pick our community is an honor. We have been known to be a business-friendly community for many years, and we have given many tax abatements out to industrial and commercial businesses over the years. Partnership: USAntibiotics announced a collaboration with Walmart and McKesson, through ClarusONE Sourcing Services, to provide domestically manufactured amoxicillin to pharmacies and healthcare providers across the United States. The partnership will deliver millions of doses, supporting Walmart’s U.S. manufacturing investment goals and McKesson’s efforts to strengthen the national healthcare supply chain. Partnership: Made Scientific and Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals announced a manufacturing partnership to advance HG-CT-1, Hemogenyx’s CAR-T therapy currently in a Phase I clinical trial for relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia in adults. The collaboration will utilize Made Scientific’s GMP facilities in Newark and Princeton, New Jersey, to support clinical manufacturing and potential expansion to pediatric patient cohorts.
