Poll: ICE raids and manufacturing—How concerned are you?

Some recent inspections at U.S. plants have raised questions—tell us how your facility views the risk.
Sept. 26, 2025

In recent months, several immigration enforcement actions at U.S. production sites have captured national media attention. A factory in upstate New York was raided by ICE, resulting in dozens of workers being detained or deported. At a still-under-construction Hyundai-LG battery facility in Georgia, more than 300 foreign national workers were detained in a major ICE sweep. ICE entered a family-run nutrition bar manufacturer in upstate New York with crowbars and detained dozens of employees.

If you lead, operate, or support manufacturing operations—you may now be asking: Could we be next?

This short survey seeks to understand whether manufacturing firms today are concerned about ICE raids or inspections at their facilities. Your responses are confidential, and will help us gauge industry sentiment and study industry patterns. Thank you for your participation!
