ALUKO Group to invest $107 million to open new aluminum manufacturing facility in Tennessee
ALUKO Group announed plans to open an aluminum manufacturing facility in Halls, Tennessee. The facility is located in a former Tupperware building in Lauderdale County and will house the company’s integrated aluminum manufacturing operations.
The company, which produces aluminum products that support customers in the electric vehicle, solar energy, construction, and building industries, is investing $107.7 million into the project and will create 285 new jobs.
Once operational, the retrofitted facility will support and expand ALUKO Group’s customer base across multiple industries. The project marks the company’s second U.S. manufacturing facility and received support from the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.
