The company, which produces bio-based specialty ingredients and additives used in food, plastics, personal care, animal nutrition, inks, and coatings, has invested $850,000 in the project and will create 60 new jobs.
Located at 1907 Spartanburg Highway in Union County, the facility will support Fine Organics' U.S. customer base and expand its footprint across the Americas. Operations are expected to begin in 2027. The Coordinating Council for Economic Development approved job development credits for the project and awarded an $850,000 Rural Infrastructure Fund grant to Union County to assist with site preparation and building construction.
