The Bethlehem location brings Filter King's operational footprint to 200,000 square feet across three states.

Filter King, a manufacturer of UL-certified custom HVAC filters, has opened a manufacturing and distribution center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The company, which produces premium air filtration solutions for residential and commercial applications, invested in the 61,600-square-foot facility and is expected to create up to 120 new jobs.

Located in the Lehigh Valley, the facility was selected for its proximity to major metropolitan areas such as Philadelphia and New York City and places the company within a seven-hour drive of 40% of the U.S. population. The site supports warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing operations and leverages the area’s transportation infrastructure and skilled labor pool. With this latest expansion, Filter King now operates across three states, totaling 200,000 square feet of space and employing over 125 workers. The Bethlehem investment enhances the company’s ability to meet growing Northeast demand and supports its goal of providing next-day delivery throughout the continental U.S.

What people are saying

In a recent quote, Rick Hoskins, Founder and CEO, Filter King, said, “Our goal is to reach the entire continental U.S. with next-day delivery. With the addition of the Pennsylvania facility, which means we now have a total of 200,000 square feet of operational space across three states and a workforce of more than 125 employees, we are well on our way to achieving this goal.”

Don Cunningham, President and CEO of Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC), added, “Filter King’s investment in the Lehigh Valley continues the region’s growth as a center of diverse and innovative manufacturing. We are grateful to J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., for its work in finding a home in the Lehigh Valley for Filter King. It’s these types of partnerships that makes the Lehigh Valley one of the top mid-sized markets in the U.S. for economic development.”
