Generac Power Systems, Inc. has announced plans to build a new manufacturing facility in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The company, which designs and manufactures energy technology solutions, hopes the new facility will help fulfill the demand for industrial generators. The new 320,000-square-foot facility will employ 350-400 workers. Production is expected to begin in 2025.
In a recent quote, Aaron Jagdfeld, president and chief executive officer of Generac, said, "The demand for our industrial generators continues on a rapid growth trajectory, and this new facility will help us to best meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, the new manufacturing location demonstrates Generac's dedication to shaping the future of industrial power generation."
