Capital: Hadrian has announced $260 million in new funding and major factory expansions in California and Arizona to support advanced manufacturing for defense applications. The investment will accelerate production capabilities across the full manufacturing stack, including mission-critical systems for munitions, shipbuilding, and other Department of Defense priorities. In a recent quote, Chris Power, founder and CEO of Hadrian, said, "America cannot afford to lose another generation of industrial capacity. We're building the factories that will secure American leadership in advanced manufacturing and create new jobs here in the United States. China is making massive bets on industrial dominance. Acquisition: Vertiv has announced a $200 million agreement to acquire Great Lakes Data Racks & Cabinets, a manufacturer of customized data rack enclosures and infrastructure solutions. The acquisition is expected to bolster Vertiv’s ability to deliver AI-ready, pre-engineered rack systems for enterprise, edge, colocation, and hyperscale computing markets. Capital: Firestorm Labs has secured $47 million in Series A funding to expand its expeditionary manufacturing capabilities and accelerate point-of-need production for defense applications. The investment will support platform development, facility expansion, and deployment of xCell, a mobile factory that enables on-site manufacturing of unmanned systems for rapid, adaptable battlefield use. In a recent quote, Dan Magy, CEO of Firestorm, said, "We're thrilled about this milestone, because it empowers Firestorm to deliver critical, battlefield-ready solutions faster and at scale. Acquisition: One World Products, Inc. (OWP) has acquired Eco Bio Plastics Midland, Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer of plant-based and biodegradable plastics, for approximately $600,000 in cash. The acquisition expands OWP’s capabilities in sustainable materials and supports its growth in food packaging, automotive, and consumer goods sectors. In a recent quote, Isiah Thomas, Chairman and CEO of One World Products, said, “This is more than a business move - it’s a mission.
