Siemens hopes the acquisition will allow the company to offer a more comprehensive manufacturing data preparation solution, improving time to market, quality, and cost efficiency for mid-sized PCB businesses. In a recent quote, Mike Ellow, CEO, Siemens EDA, Siemens Digital Industries Software, said, "The acquisition is a significant step for Siemens EDA in the mid-sized PCB market, offering DownStream's customers improved time to market, quality, and cost efficiency. Integrating DownStream Technologies enables Siemens EDA to provide the most comprehensive and advanced manufacturing data preparation solution, helping to ensure a smooth transition from design to production within a fully digitalized and scalable electronic systems design process."

Acquisition: Sandvik has signed an agreement to acquire Osa Demolition Equipment S.r.l. (OSA), an Italy-based manufacturer of demolition tools and hydraulic hammers, which will be integrated into Sandvik's Attachment Tools division. This acquisition will enhance Sandvik’s position in the demolition and recycling segment and provide growth opportunities through its global distribution network. In a recent quote, Stefan Widing, President and CEO of Sandvik, said, "This acquisition is a step in our strategy to expand in attractive niches within Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions. Capital: BRINC, a U.S. manufacturer of emergency response drones, has secured $75 million in new funding led by Index Ventures and joined by Motorola Solutions to accelerate the development, production, and deployment of its advanced drone technology. The strategic alliance with Motorola Solutions will integrate BRINC drones with a suite of public safety tools to enhance real-time crisis response capabilities. In a recent quote, Blake Resnick, Founder and CEO of BRINC, said, "We will continue building world-class emergency response drones and scale our team to meet the growing demand for our life-saving technologies. Acquisition: Conewago Manufacturing, LLC has acquired Hanover Concrete Co., expanding its ready-mix concrete capabilities and service area across southcentral Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. The acquisition includes multiple facilities, with all Hanover employees offered roles and David Albright joining Conewago as Vice President of Ready-Mix Sales. In a recent quote, Donald B.
