Reliability Solutions Acquires AMRRI, LUBE-IT and Spartakus APM
Reliability Solutions announced February 4 it had acquired three industrial reliability companies: AMRRI, LUBE-IT and Spartakus APM. The purchase by the Pensacola, Florida-based reliability training company adds lubrication engineering, training and management software as well as digital asset performance capabilities to its portfolio.
LUBE-IT, the oldest asset of those acquired, was founded in 1984 and develops a lubrication management software program for planning and tracking plant lubrication. AMRRI, founded in 2006, trains engineers and lubrication professionals and offers oil analysis and machine reliability services. Spartakus, founded in 2016, operates a modern asset performance management platform for monitoring asset health and optimizing preventative maintenance.
According to Reliability Solutions, the integration process will run throughout 2026, and there are no currently planned operational changes, though future announcements will cover new offices, expanded offerings and “brand alignment.” The company says its purchased assets will improve over the long term with access to “expanded capabilities, deeper expertise and a more integrated approach to reliability improvement,” and emphasized that current customers of AMRRI, LUBE-IT, and Spartakus will continue working with their current partners for the time being.
In a statement, Alain Pellegrino, said the purchases were necessary due to demand among manufacturers for a single, stable associate company covering reliability.
