Vibrant Health Products invests $48.5M open baked goods manufacturing facility in Tennessee
Vibrant Health Products has announced plans to open its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Rossville, Tennessee. The company, which produces sprouted, organic, and specialty baked goods, is investing $48.5 million into the project and will create 394 new jobs in Fayette County.
Vibrant Health Products will operate out of the former Kellogg’s Eggo facility, which closed in 2024. The company will initially focus on bread production for its U.S. customers, with plans to expand capacity for additional products over time.
The facility will support the company's Canadian operations, located in Abbotsford, British Columbia, and allow for increased production, innovation, and the ability to serve new customer segments. The project sits on the existing site and will contribute significantly to the local economy.
Support for the expansion came from various partners, including the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, the City of Rossville, Fayette County, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Chickasaw Electric, and the Greater Memphis Chamber.
