Danone U.S. has opened a new $65 million production line in Jacksonville, Florida. The company, which produces coffee and creamers, expanded its existing 115,025-square-foot facility and created nearly 200 new direct and indirect jobs in the Jacksonville community.
This expansion supports Danone’s growing portfolio, including International Delight creamers and STōK Cold Brew Coffee. The new production line features advanced technology, including a unique bottle-molding process designed to increase production capacity while improving efficiency and sustainability. This process reduces bottle loss by 30 percent and decreases water usage for producing recyclable bottles.
In addition to the manufacturing plant, Danone is investing in a regional distribution center in the Jacksonville area to enhance supply chain efficiency and deliver products at peak freshness throughout the Southeastern U.S. The company aims to increase product availability nationwide and shorten delivery times by strengthening its domestic supply chain, with 90 percent of Danone products already made domestically.
