JTS, a Mission Critical Group (MCG) Company, has announced plans to open a new power systems manufacturing facility in Nampa, Idaho. The company, which provides integrated generator enclosures and modular power systems, invested $55 million into the project and created 140 new jobs.
The 172,000-square-foot facility, known as JTS Nampa 1, sits on 14 acres and significantly expands the company's production capacity. Built using LEAN manufacturing principles, the facility is designed to maximize operational efficiency and shares resources with JTS’s nearby Caldwell location. With this expansion, MCG’s U.S.-based manufacturing footprint now exceeds 1 million square feet. The facility is strategically positioned to meet rising electricity demand driven by data centers, healthcare, utilities, and other sectors that rely on resilient power infrastructure.
