Process Machinery Inc. invests $11.5M to expand manufacturing facility in Kentucky

The expansion will include a new paint facility, additional manufacturing space, and upgraded equipment to support growing customer demand. 

Process Machinery Inc. has announced plans to expand its manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, Kentucky. The company, which designs and manufactures conveyor systems and construction aggregate plants, is investing nearly $11.5 million into the project and creating 30 new jobs.   

The expansion will add over 28,000 square feet to the existing facility in three phases, with completion expected by the end of 2026. The project will include site development, construction of a new paint facility, expanded manufacturing areas, new office space, and upgraded equipment. PMI’s conveyor systems and aggregate plants are designed to enhance material transportation efficiency in quarries, moving sand, stone, and gravel.
