ElectricFish has officially opened a new manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters in San Carlos, California. The company, which builds intelligent grid edge charging solutions, will use the plant to produce its 350Squared, a device for combined EV charging and energy resilience. According to the company, ElectricFish hopes to increase its workforce by 300% by April 2025.
To help support the project, ElectricFish received a $1.69 million grant from the California Energy Commission (CEC). In addition, the company has received funds from the Department of Energy - Cradle to Commerce, Caltech Rocket Fund, Michigan Mobility Funding Platform, 2023 Oxford Seed Fund, and 2023 Third Derivative.
