Xometry, a provider of critical resources for manufacturers, and Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM), an organization that supports, promotes, and inspires women in the manufacturing industry, have released the fourth-annual ‘Career Advancement for Manufacturing Report.’ The associations jointly surveyed nearly 1,000 North American suppliers and industry professionals over the course of 26 days in January 2023. The report focuses primarily on the career advancement of women in the manufacturing industry. Below are a few key takeaways from the survey.

80% of female respondents would recommend a career in manufacturing
