Fiberglass, polymer manufacturer to build $16.3 million plant in Tennessee

NewBasis, LLC has announced plans to open a new plant in Lebanon, Tennessee. The company, which specializes in the production of fiberglass and polymer concrete below-ground enclosures and utility pads, will invest $16.3 million into the project. The new facility is expected to generate 249 new jobs for the area. This will be NewBasis’ first plant outside of California.
