Custom home builder invests $2.5 million into Tennessee production facility

Wind River Custom Homes, LLC has announced plans to build a new production facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. The company, which specializes in designing and manufacturing park model RVs, will invest $2.5 million into the project, generating 77 new jobs for the area. The facility, which will be approximately 92,000 square feet, will help the company meet its goal of increasing its current production time of 30 housing units per year. In addition, Wind River hopes the project will allow it to expand into the modular home building industry.
