Corrugated sheets manufacturer invests $52.7 million to open new Pennsylvania production facility

Corrugated Partners Group has announced plans to open a new manufacturing plant in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The company, which produces materials for boxes, will invest $52.7 million into the project and is expected to create 80 new jobs in the process. The operation will be known as Keystone Sheets and will operate in a 420,000-square-foot facility. As an incentive, Corrugated Partners Group received a $400,000 Pennsylvania First grant and a $160,000 workforce development grant from the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED). The company many also receive additional tax credits through the Manufacturing Tax Credit Program.
In a recent quote, Governor Josh Shapiro said, “I’m thrilled that the Commonwealth won this advanced manufacturing project over other states and am pleased to welcome Corrugated Partners Group to Franklin County. Investments like this one support Pennsylvania’s economy by creating good-paying jobs that support our local communities – and we will continue to compete aggressively for great projects like this one as we send the clear message to the world that Pennsylvania is open for business.”
