A recent survey from the Manufacturing Leadership Council, the digital transformation division of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), shows that manufacturing executives are making sustainability a top priority. The annual report, "Sustainability and the Circular Economy," shows that the rate of adoption and implementation of sustainable initiatives is steadily increasing.

  • 90% of executives think that the manufacturing sector has a "special responsibility to society" when it comes to sustainability
  • 68% of respondents are implementing sustainability goals and initiatives across their organizations
