If there are any of you out there who like to check out the originating documents of things, like RCM, for example, then I have just found a really good source of archival information.
It is called Storming Media and is the repository of documents that have been published by the Pentagon over its many years in operation.
This link (http://www.stormingmedia.us/search.html?q=RCM&search.x=12&search.y=17) will take you straight to the RCM section where there are a number of relatively famous case studies, the original report and the Resnikov document on the Mathematical Aspects of RCM. All great stuff.
I also found a lot of really good stuff on Amsaa Reliability Growth, Root Cause Analysis and Weibull in particular.
I think it would be a great resource for most reliability departments in the world.
