Typically possesses eight or more years of electrical engineering experience
Demonstrated experience performing inspection, repair and testing of electrical apparatus
Demonstrated experience with problem diagnoses, troubleshooting and providing recommendations for the repair of electrical apparatus
Demonstrated experience directing engineering tasks associated with critical engineering projects
Demonstrated experience participating cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for individual and team results
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with customer, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Demonstrated experience using CAD software such as Autocad
Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings in order to perform work
Demonstrated ability to follow Edison safety protocols and safe work practices
