Three successful women who are employed by NASA explain what their jobs entails and how they got there. They also share the inspiration lying behind their decision to explore the STEM field, even though it is not as frequented by women. Their secret: knowing that the only thing holding a person back from pursuing his/her dream is himself/herself.
