GE puts outdated ideas to bed with their latest commercials.

Have you met Owen? He's the protagonist in GE's latest series of commercials. Owen has just landed a job at GE, and he's trying desperately to make his friends and family understand what his new position will entail. If you, or someone you know, is a programmer, developer or is digitally minded, you know that explaining your job requirements can be nothing short of frustrating. GE uses comedy to dispel manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering myths, while also encouraging up-and-coming developer to think beyond useless apps.
