Yet another reason why I want Nick Offerman to be my new best friend

Aug. 2, 2018

Nick Offerman and Jimmy DiResta team up to answer the age-old question, "Will it saw?"

I'm a huge fan of Nick Offerman. He's a comic genius and a woodworking marvel, and I desperately want him to be my friend. Who wouldn't want a friend with a flair for deadpan comedy, an appreciation for antique tools, and an enormous workshop? Imagine how overjoyed I was to learn that he and Amy Poehler were returning to network television with a DIY competition show called "Making It." In a recent clip from the show, Offerman and Jimmy DiResta team up to answer the age-old question, "Will it saw?" Testing random items against the might of a band saw, the pair make short work of a rollerblade, a baseball, and much more.
