Extreme enhancements take one mobility scooter to new heights

Mobility scooters serve a noble purpose. They greatly improve the quality of many people's lives, offering freedom and mobility where there was none. The sad truth, however, is that these scooters often don't get the respect they deserve. They are slow-moving, offer limited reach for the driver, and their coolest feature is a basket on the front. In a world where every imaginable vehicle from cars to golf carts is modified and upgraded to the extreme, why can't mobility scooters get the same treatment? YouTuber Colin Furze has accepted this challenge and, in a series of new videos, is taking one mobility scooter to new heights. After upgrading the wheels and adding a rocking speaker system, Furze is solving the aforementioned reach issue by adding a hydraulic-powered telescoping seat to the scooter.
