Stamps are an essential component of many paper craft projects, including scrapbooking, designing greeting cards, and creating your own stationary. Stamping has traditionally been a delicate process that requires the right ratio of ink to pressure to create the perfect image. But not anymore. Meet the stammer, the marriage of a stamp and a rubber mallet. In a recent video, YouTuber Dustin Penner illustrates how to create a stammer using a CNC machine, although you can achieve the same results using a knife to carve your stamp into the mallet.
