This Father’s Day, make your dad something he’ll actually use, like an automatic golf club

June 5, 2020

In a recent video, YouTuber Stuff Made Here demonstrates how to build and program an automatic golf club.

Father’s Day gifts are terrible. Every year, we try to purchase unique and thoughtful gifts for our fathers, but thanks to procrastination and laziness, we often end up gifting him a novelty tie, a comical barbecue apron or a cheap tchotchke with the phrase “world’s best dad” scribbled across it. Let’s all make a pact here and now to break the terrible gift cycle and buy our dads presents they will actually enjoy. Better still, let’s agree to put our DIY skills to the test and make Father’s Day gifts that our dads will be excited to receive and use. What if you could replace his entire bag of golf clubs with one homemade robotic club that senses his swing and corrects his shot for distance? In a recent video, YouTuber Stuff Made Here demonstrates how to build and program an automatic golf club.
