zSpace offers students a revolutionary way to learn about STEM

July 8, 2014

Interactive computers make learning about STEM practical and real for students with 3D images they can look at.

Los Altos School District (LASD) was beyond surprised at the reaction their students had to zSpace’s new interactive program for kids. Through trying to provide students with “meaningful, relevant learning experiences” they branched out to try zSpace’s program that allows kids to get a closer look at things like human hearts, cars, and other scientific, technological items.

“We want the teacher to come away from the front of the room. We want them to be more of a facilitator and be able to connect with the students as well as the students interacting with one another,” STEM coach Karen Wilson explained.
