20 percent of all jobs in the United States require knowledge of STEM education. The system is basically driven by STEM careers; our future would not exist without the 2.6 million new STEM opportunities that will open up by 2020. And the future of our future is our children.
While we talk about the importance of educating our children early about the importance of STEM careers, no one seems to be doing it because the statistics all stay the same. Equipping our children with knowledge and interest in STEM benefits us greatly. Our future would be secure and their knowledge would make a better world for all of us.
