Graduate students studying at Bradley University explain why they’ve chosen to go back to school, despite their present teaching jobs.

When Alexa and Bryan got into the STEM teaching field, they realized that they may not know as much as they should to teach young students interested in STEM. In response to their desire for more knowledge to better teach and fully prepare their STEM students for careers in those fields, they decided to go back to school at Bradley University. “If you have the background and the knowledge, it’s a lot easier to teach it and to make it fun for your children,” Tandeski said in the video.
