It's the end of another successful party, and there’s nothing left to do but begin the cleanup. You wash the dishes, fill the garbage bags, and scrub ever surface until it sparkles. But what do you do with the leftover balloons? Do you pop each one with a pin? Do you leave them to slowly deflate in a corner of the room?
