I found this easy to use graph in Google Docs, along with some other very powerful graphing functions. This example is from the people that I have trained in RCM, and the facilitators I have trained. It provides a quick visual reference of the density of each country or region, and if you wanted to you could take it down to a state level in the USA. Like the motion graph I pumped out here earlier, this has many uses. For example, a reliability management team could have graphs that show the number of reliability engineers per plant, or the quantity of benefits that have been returned per plant in different states. or if you are running a multinational project then you could use this to talk about initiatives, benefits, analyses performed and a whole range of additional areas. Powerful stuff, I really like Google.
