Get out of your office. Easy to do, just get up away from the screen, go and see what people are doing out there. What happened with the RCM analysis that took 2 weeks to work through/ Offered great results right? Has it been implemented yet? Is anyone even starting to implement it yet? So get out of the office! If you enjoyed this post please consider subscribing in a reader, or you can also receive The Art of Change by Email.
