The AirVolution-D fan line by MacroAir is the only gearless, High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) fan available on the market today that has the power to move a 24’ HVLS fan. Because oil leaks, grinding noise, seal breakdown and mechanical failure are common problems with gear-driven motors, MacroAir made it their mission to eliminate these problems.

Unlike a traditional DC motor, the gearless motor coil is made up of a simple copper ring with ultra-low resistance, delivering a 40% improvement in efficiency allowing the fan to generate 50% more air movement than conventional gearbox motor designs.

AirVolution-D is currently available in four model options:

Model 370– Combines exceptional power in a compact design. With blades ranging from 6 to 12 feet, it integrates into most small spaces. This model is perfect for hotels, restaurants, retailers and small office spaces. It is also color customizable to seamlessly fit into the design aesthetic of many spaces.

Model 550– Extremely effective at controlling temperature and humidity. With blades ranging from 8 to 18 feet, these fans are ideal for medium to large spaces such as auto shops, gyms, and agricultural applications such as dairy farms and equine facilities.

Model 780– Designed for heavy-duty applications. With blades ranging from 20 to 24 feet, it is perfect for extra-large spaces like warehouses, airports, and stadiums.

AirVolution-D3 – MacroAir’s most cost-effective unit blows away the leading competitor’s entry-level model. For the first time, cost doesn’t have to be a barrier to an HVLS fan.
