She is strong and she is independent. She has higher statistics, even though she's the underdog. She has potential, even if she doesn't have support. She's a woman, and she is just as capable as taking on a field of STEM as any man.
Limiting a woman's potential only narrows the occupational spread in the STEM fields. Opening up to the idea of having women who are capable in STEM occupations broadens the future of STEM itself.
