Ingersoll Rand's R4-11kW compressors are designed to reduce noise pollution and vibration
Ingersoll Rand's R4-11kW compressors are designed in 4-11kW (5-15hp) with flows 19cfm – 57cfm 2 pressures up to 200psig. To reduce noise pollution and vibration the drive components are built to be mounted on an Ingersoll Rand vibration isolation system. This also is made to extend the life of the compressor. The compressor series are built to feature tri-voltage motors that adapt to the supply voltage, allowing for more flexibility when configuring the system. R-series units are designed to be available as fixed and variable speed units that can be configured with integrated dryers as a Total Air Systems (TAS).
Each Total Air System is made to come with high-performance driers, a three-in-heat exchanger and an independent fan circuit, along with a mounted pre and after filter to consistently generate dry, clean air. Other advancements were made to include electronic controls that replace the previous electro-pneumatic style, a digital output display and navigation buttons that support programming and operation.
