ACS Valves' CI Series rotary valves improve energy efficiency and reduce maintenance
ACS Valves' CI Series rotary valves are designed to provide processing operations continuous performance, reduced maintenance, and energy efficiency. CI Series valve housings are cast in North America. Bearing life and maintenance cycles are extended due to the outboard bearing design of the CI Series. This CI Series bearing design manages applications with pressure differentials up to 15 PSIG. The outboard design also protects the bearings in high temperature applications to 750 ºF, and removes bearings from the path of damaging and contaminating materials. The CI Series 8-vane rotor design is built to improve process energy efficiency by minimizing pressure loss throughout the system. The CI Series, simultaneous 2-vane inlet seal and 2-vane outlet seal maintains accurate pressure differentials. Available ACS variable frequency drives modulate drive speed and reduce power requirements based on the fluctuating performance needs of the system.
