Appleton's Cord Grips terminate flexible metallic electrical cable to provide an environmental seal against contaminants

To assure maximum productivity in challenging environments, Appleton has introduced a line of stainless steel and nickel-plated aluminum cord grips.

Appleton Cord Grips terminate flexible metallic electrical cable either at a conduit hub or a knockout to provide an environmental seal against water and other contaminants. An installer-friendly design, compact form factor and premium materials provide for fast assembly. The grips are available with or without strain reliefs that offer added safety against cable pullout and conductor breakage in applications calling for repeated movement.

Appleton's stainless steel and nickel-plated aluminum corrosion-resistant cord grips are available in four distinct designs:

  • Stainless steel straight cord grips, hub sizes 3/8 inch to two inches (NPT)
  • Stainless steel straight cord grips, hub sizes 3/8 inch to one inch (NPT) with stainless steel wire mesh strain relief
