A treatment facility wanted to increase dryness of screw press cake solids, making them easier to manage and transport. Operators discovered chemistry was the limiting factor. CarboNet tested and implemented SimpleFloc, a flocculant boosted by NanoNets. SimpleFloc improved dryness and is estimated to cut disposal costs up to 33%.
