Co-workers lauded after Pennsylvania factory blast burns employee

Authorities are crediting co-workers with quick action after an explosion burned a factory worker at a western Pennsylvania plant.

Officers reported that a glazing machine at the Premier Pan building "exploded or expelled hot liquid all over" a 20-year-old man as well as a wall.
