Industry Consortium for Advanced Technical Training (ICATT), apprenticeship program in the Midwest for high-tech manufacturers and companies with complex technologies or logistics, is now a registered apprenticeship program with the Department of Workforce Development Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards in Wisconsin.
