It's another step in the transition period for a former Oscar Mayer plant. The new co-owners of the building are auctioning off eight floors of equipment starting Wednesday.
The sale lasts until Friday, but yesterday and today are the inspection period where bidders can come in and look at any items of interest.
Jeffrey Kopp, the Capital Equipment Specialist with the Reich Brothers, said there are items for metal workers, food service and general maintenance items.
"I would think the steaming equipment and the meat-grinding equipment are really going to hold the day," Kopp said.
The auction is also online at raybin.com.
