Alcoa plans $60M 3D manufacturing expansion in Pennsylvania

Alcoa is spending $60 million to expand the company’s three-dimensional manufacturing capabilities at its technical center in the Pittsburgh suburbs.

Alcoa announced the expansion at its Upper Burrell Township location on Thursday, along with the company’s new Ampliforge process.
