Schneider Electric acquires Pace Integrated Systems

Schneider Electric (www.schneider-electric.us) has acquired the assets and daily operations of Pace Integrated Systems Inc. Pace is now the Southern California Branch organization of the Buildings Business Americas of Schneider Electric.

“At Schneider Electric, we’re focused on providing complete, end-to-end solutions for all of our customers’ energy needs,” said Jim Sandelin, Senior Vice President, Buildings Business Americas of Schneider Electric. “With the acquisition of Pace, we can reach a new customer base, offering them a full range of building and energy management solutions.”

Perez, formerly president of Pace, who has joined Schneider Electric in the role of branch manager. “This transaction is about extending and improving our service and product offerings to our customers, which will allow them to take full advantage of Schneider Electric’s portfolio of solutions and industry-leading expertise.”
