Drew Troyer, CRE, CMRP - reliability engineer, MBA, author, educator, keynote speaker, thought leader and advocate for a safe and profitable plant and manufacturing business.

Drew D. Troyer, CRE, CMRP, the founder and president of Sigma Reliability Solutions, believes that the same risk management framework that keeps the aviation industry safe can increase the profits of any business. He’s a noted author and thought leader on the subject, but has plenty of time in the trenches, working as a consultant with a veritable Who’s Who of Fortune 500 clients around the world. As a writer, he makes complex subjects apparent. As a speaker, he’s informed, informative and entertaining, regularly drawing upon analogies and humor to make his point.

In any case, he never veers from his primary message, if properly executed, reliability translates into maximized profit and return on net assets (RONA) for your firm. A proven entrepreneur and business leader, he was a co-founder and former CEO of Noria Corporation. He’s comfortable talking business up and down your organizational chart. He’s a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), and holds an MBA.  He pursued further graduate study in reliability engineering, technology management and measurement theory and served as an instructor at Oklahoma State University prior to leaving academia.
