Marketing communications firm launches social media group for the HVACR industry

H+A International, a marketing communications firm specializing in HVACR marketing, has formed a new social media group within the firm to help heating and cooling equipment manufacturers enhance their online presence. As part of this new initiative, the social media group has created an exclusive program called Social Media MAPP (Marketing and Positioning Program), which offers HVACR manufacturers various social media packages based on their needs and budgets. These services include:

  • Developing a strategic social media plan customized to the manufacturers' needs
  • Creating pages/presence on key Web site like Twitter, FaceBook, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Monitoring and managing these sites
  • Creating and managing a dedicated company blog
  • Monitoring and managing key industry online conversations
  • Providing SM guidelines and best practices
  • Producing online content (news releases, videos, white papers, ads, animated e-mails, etc.)
  • Measuring the traffic and ROI
  • Creating and managing search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) programs
