Evernham Motorsports pushes the innovation envelope to be not only an industry leader, but the benchmark for NASCAR industry standards.

On May 2, hear from Evernham Motorsports' owner and legendary crew chief Ray Evernham, along with the team's technical director Dr. Eric Warren.  They will discuss the team's shift from the sport's traditional focus on mechanics to the more precise art of engineering using PLM.

With today's complex NASCAR vehicle and safety requirements and the evolution from shop mechanics to extreme engineering, the team behind a winning car has dramatically changed.

Ray Evernham revolutionized the crew chief role as leader of Jeff Gordon's team, the Rainbow Warriors, in the 1990s.  During his tenure with Gordon, Evernham earned three championships and 47 wins in 216 starts, before starting his own team.

Using PLM, Evernham Motorsports designs and manufactures its own cars for NASCAR competition, and their engine program proved to be so powerful and reliable that the team now supplies engines for many Dodge race teams.
